This is a great little book that covers the basics from an experienced insider... It has a broad overview of the industry, discusses the basics of the different things an investor needs to know, some great tips on how things work and enough detail to get a new investor going successfully.

Robert's Guide is the answer to that problem. The book is full of terms and definitions that are hard to find, but essential for anybody involved in commercial real estate. The explanations were thorough with insightful tips and recommendations to make a sometimes convoluted subject matter, easy to understand, digest, and make decisions about.
